Let me help you get started! The first thing you will want to do is determine your budget and what you are looking for, and connect with me so that I can put you on my PCS (Private Client Services Website)  I will set you up to start receiving emails right away that match your criteria. You will then get emails of new listings as they hit the market, so you can stay on top of and become familiar with the market before you even get here.  When you see anything that catches your eye, let me know and I will pull up more details about the property, let you know about the area, and send you any information you need to know.  When you come down, we will tour any properties that you would like to see, and I will be readily available for you with my vast range of knowledge and experience. My goal is to make sure that everything is in order for your posting date.

19 Wing, CFB Comox - The airfield at Comox was opened as a Royal Air Force (RAF) Base in 1942 and was officially constituted as a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Aerodrome on 1 May 1943. The Comox Valley is a vibrant and active Air Force community, also known as the Recreation Capital of Canada. The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CHFA) - Manages military housing on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) and are responsible for the maintenance and allocation of approximately 12,500 homes at 30 locations across the country.

The Comox Military Family Resource Centre (Comox MFRC) - A registered non-profit society that works to support serving members and their families in the 19 Wing geographical area. A wide variety of programs and services are provided to the community by a multi-disciplinary team of core staff, trained volunteers, and partners in the local community.

The Canadian Forces Integrated Relocation Program - Represents the Treasury Board Secretariat’s approved policy for CF members on relocation of their Dependants, Household Goods and Effects

The Totem Times is a bi-weekly newspaper and has kept 19 Wing informed, and celebrated its honours and accomplishments, since 1960, making it the longest running newspaper in the Comox Valley.
